Our client is an established company dealing with the maintenance and repair of commercial clients across the country. They are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate for this role and will have:
- A Post-secondary education
- have exceptional organizational skills
- attention to detail
- 3 to 5 years of customer service experience
- be computer savvy
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Reception
- maintaining a client datebase
- logging calls, emails and faxes
- following up on outstanding jobs
- contacting customers and co-workers to get the details of jobs performed
