Our client is a well-established manufacturer, welding facility looking to hire an Administrator Coordinator.
This position requires a highly motivated, well-spoken individual with attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Some of duties for this role include:
Answering the phone, greeting, signing in and providing refreshments to clients and visitors.
Preparing, scheduling, receiving and distributing couriers.
Responsible for client files, preparing orientation packages, client welder certificates, tax receipts and transcripts.
Able to work with management on budgets and other related projects.
Generating and updating estimates in Quick Books program for off-site sales team.
Updating relevant information on their CRM on a continuous basis
Assisting with Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
This position requires a computer savvy individual with 3 to 5 years’ previous experience in a similar role. Must have a G Class driver’s License with clean abstract.
This position pays $19-$23 per hour, based on previous experience and benefits are offered after probation.
