Our client is looking for an Office Manager for their business who will be working closely with other members of the business to ensure the best possible experience for their clients. An understanding of different skilled trades would be an advantage but is not a requirement for the role.
This position will include:
- Coordinating meetings
- Scheduling appointments both inside and outside the company
- Processing payroll
- Generating invoices
- Using software such as Simply Accounting, ADP, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
This position requires a computer savvy individual with 3 - 5 years’ previous experience in a similar role. Strong organizational skills and an excellent customer service manner is essential.
This position pays $18-$22 per hour, based on previous experience.
