HVAC Service Technician $154K – GTA

Position Overview:
We are looking for a commercial HVAC service technician specializing in boiler work. Experience with air-cooled chillers, make-up air units, and cooling towers is beneficial. Work assignments are based on your location—East, Downtown, West, or North GTA.
Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Base Pay: $61.00 per hour
➕ Vacation Pay (10%): $6.10 per hour
➕ Company-Paid Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance): $3.00 per hour
➕ 100% Company-Paid RRSP: $3.00 per hour
➕ Training Allowance: $520.00 per year ($0.25 per hour)
➕ Tool, Boot & Uniform Allowance: $1,040.00 per year ($0.50 per hour each)
📈 Total Compensation Package: $73.85 per hour
💼 Annual Salary on a 40-hour workweek: $153,608.00

Qualifications & Requirements:
- GF1 Certification preferred; GF2 Certification considered for strong candidates looking to upgrade
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong background in boiler service and maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and repair air-cooled chillers, make-up air units, and cooling towers (an asset)
- Valid G Driver’s License and clean driving record
